Responsibilities
~1 min readYour main responsibility will be to support the knowledge transfer and onboarding process of new clients with the following tasks:

Act as the main point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders during the transition
- →
Act as a focal point for raising transition issues and risks that require cross-team management and escalation: assign escalated issues for resolution
- →
Prepare and execute the transition plan based on the transition scope in coordination with the client and other internal teams involved in the transition
- →
Manage the overall transition work-schedule: integrate and consolidate transition work activities in cooperation with internal stakeholders and the client
- →
Prepare and drive project governance, including communication and escalation plan
- →
Manage scope, issues, constraints, risks, assumptions, and change control process throughout the transition

Lead and contribute key project lessons learned to improve internal project management processes
Requirements
~1 min readBSc or MSc graduate in Economics, Accounting, Finance
4+ years of relevant work experience in client transition
Fluent in English
Transition experience of globally managed services
Strong project management skills; professional certification (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma, PMP, Prince2) is highly desirable
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and manage risks and issues in complex projects
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in process improvement and change management is an advantage
Fluency in any European language, such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Polish, Slovak, Romanian, Slovene, Czech, Greek, Portuguese, and Hungarian
