Location: Remote — Philippines

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage customer inquiries, process orders, support sales operations, and help ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across teams.

What you’ll do
- Customer support & communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and distribution partners while providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.
- Order management: Accurately enter, track, and manage customer orders within ERP and CRM systems while ensuring records remain organized and up to date.
- Product & account support: Provide information regarding products, pricing, availability, and account-related inquiries to support customer needs and sales activities.
- Sales team coordination: Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, account updates, and customer follow-ups to help maintain strong client relationships.
- Issue resolution: Resolve customer concerns, order issues, and service-related inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & administrative support: Generate reports and maintain organized documentation using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to support accurate order fulfillment, communication, and operational efficiency.
- Bilingual communication: Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, partners, and team members.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience supporting US-based customers or operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
