We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join a fast growing home services company that serves manufactured home owners, most of them retirees in higher end communities. Its direct mail and magazine marketing already earns strong returns, and the company is now building its online presence on top of it. In this role, you’ll keep campaigns running, keep the numbers accurate and help leadership see where every marketing and sales dollar pays off. If you like hands on work that mixes campaigns, data and process, this is the seat for you.

  • →Direct Mail & Print Campaigns: Prepare each mailing run by updating mailing lists, ordering new addresses, confirming card quantities with the printer and auditing invoices. Manage magazine vendors and launch ad variations and A/B tests, including quick updates after events like storms.
  • →Digital Marketing & Content: Post on social media with a mix of video, photos and short updates. Help produce short educational videos, send the monthly newsletter and run email campaigns to past customers. Keep the website current with support from a developer.
  • →Sales Reporting & Dashboards: Build the daily sales dashboard and weekly gross profit reports, then roll them into year to date results by region and sales rep. Track KPIs against goals and prior years, and answer ad hoc report requests from leadership.
  • →CRM Administration & Data Quality: Update sales results in the CRM, fix data entry errors and enter change orders correctly. Manage forms, pipelines and new rep setup, and reconcile the CRM against QuickBooks every month.
  • →Campaign Tracking & ROI: Track cost per lead, cost per sale and ROI by channel, region and community. Flag communities that aren’t performing and suggest which to add or drop.
  • →Reviews, Vendors & Process Improvement: Send review requests, reply to Google reviews and pull clean email lists that exclude unhappy customers. Document recurring processes as SOPs and find ways to automate manual steps.
  • Experience in marketing operations, sales operations or a similar hands on role.
  • Hands on experience running direct mail, email and social media campaigns.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and building reports from CRM exports.
  • CRM experience, ideally as an administrator who has built forms and pipelines.
  • Comfort with cost per lead, gross profit, margin and ROI math.
  • Strong working use of AI tools for content, reporting and analysis.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a habit of cross checking numbers.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with a habit of clear, proactive reporting.
  • Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours, with some end of day flexibility for the daily report.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or SQL.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
  • Design skills in Canva or Adobe for quick ad variations.
  • Email platform experience, ideally Mailchimp.
  • A background in construction, home services or real estate.
  • Experience marketing to older homeowners.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Less Annoying CRM or Google Business Profile.
  • Early: You run the daily report and mailing prep accurately and have documented the recurring routines.
  • Midway: You own all recurring reports, campaigns and reconciliations on your own, with social media and the newsletter running on schedule.
  • Ongoing: Data stays clean, campaigns ship on time and at least one manual process is simplified or automated.
  • Problem solving: You dig into issues, weigh the options, and land on practical solutions.
  • Teamwork: You work well with others and pitch in wherever the team needs support.
  • Sound judgment: You use good judgment and know when to act and when to ask.
  • Planning & organizing: You plan ahead, stay organized, and keep track of the details.
  • Professionalism: You represent the team and company well in every interaction.
  • Quality focus: You take pride in accurate, well done work.
  • Dependability: You show up, follow through, and can be counted on.
