The organization specializes in the design, installation, and support of custom audio-visual and integrated technology solutions across corporate, education, government, and institutional environments. This is a client-facing, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional technical service.

Position Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of integrated audio-visual systems. This individual will travel to customer locations within driving distance (mileage reimbursed) and serve as a trusted technical resource for clients. There is a shared on-call rotation; however, after-hours calls are rare.
