Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD proficiency and hands-on experience with equipment testing, analysis, and validation. This role involves designing mechanical systems, supporting testing initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure products and equipment meet performance, quality, and safety standards.

Design, develop, and modify mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using AutoCAD

Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation

Conduct equipment testing, validation, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with design and safety standards

Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for mechanical equipment and systems

Analyze test data, identify performance issues, and recommend design improvements or corrective actions

Support prototype development, fabrication, and assembly activities

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to resolve design and production issues

Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
