We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Part-Time Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team in identifying qualified candidates for a variety of remote roles.

In this position, you will search for potential candidates across job platforms, professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels. You will help build strong candidate pipelines by reviewing profiles, organizing candidate information, and conducting initial outreach.

• →Search for qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, resume databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• →Review candidate profiles and resumes based on the requirements provided by the recruitment team.
• →Create and use Boolean search strings to identify relevant talent.
• →Send professional and personalized outreach messages to potential candidates.
• →Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the applicant tracking system, sourcing tracker, or recruitment database.
• →Assist in building candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
• →Conduct basic market research on talent availability, job titles, locations, compensation, and competitor hiring activity.
• →Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate responses, and pipeline challenges.
• →Coordinate closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies when needed.

• Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, lead generation, research, or a similar role.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Breezy HR, Indeed, JobStreet, Upwork, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Boolean search logic and Google X-Ray sourcing.
• Strong understanding of resume screening and candidate qualification.
• Experience sourcing candidates from the Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, or other international markets is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow specific search criteria.
• Organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, or applicant tracking systems.
• Able to manage multiple sourcing assignments and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced, hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to enhance work performance and productivity.
• A reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet, professional equipment, and a quiet working environment.
• Strong and consistent availability during US business hours.
