Maintenance Technician II - 2nd Shift

1. →Follow all company safety policies, work practices, and procedures.
2. →Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
3. →Carry out verbal and written instructions from the Maintenance Foreman or Supervisor.
4. →Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
5. →Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions using diagrams, manuals, engineering specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
6. →Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and provide recommendations for improvements when needed.
7. →Communicate maintenance schedules and equipment downtime requirements with production personnel.
8. →Identify equipment issues through observation, inspection, and operational testing.
9. →Prepare maintenance reports and document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment trends.
10. →Assist with the installation, startup, and support of new production equipment and related infrastructure.
11. →Read, understand, and execute work instructions accurately and efficiently.
12. →Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance equipment reliability, safety, and productivity.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical college degree or related technical training preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Average proficiency in mathematics.
• Good visual acuity.
