Responsibilities
~1 min read- 8+ years in DWM and/or DF operations in the UAE Oil & Gas sector
- Proven track record of managing operations and leading teams
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, waste management, and drilling fluids
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Degree or Diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or related field
- Valid UAE residency and right to work
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in business development and sales
- Strong commercial skills, including contract management and negotiation
- Proficiency in CRM and operational software
