TMS Specialist

Job Description:

A TMS Specialist is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining transportation management systems to optimize freight operations, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and configure TMS software

2. Integrate TMS with other logistics systems (e.g. ERP, WMS)

3. Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities

4. Develop and maintain transportation routing guides

5. Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve transportation issues

6. Provide training and support to users on TMS functionality

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management

2. Strong knowledge of TMS software and transportation management principles

3. Analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
