Crowdsourcing Operations Specialist

The client combines a scalable platform and managed services to deliver trusted datasets for leading AI programs and enterprise customers.On behalf of them, we are looking for results-driven Crowdsourcing Operations Specialist for our AI data services (data annotation, data collection, content moderation, etc.).

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Crowdsourcing Operations Specialist to support the growth and management of our global contributor community. This role is ideal for candidates with experience working as an overseas freelancer, contributor, or gig worker, and who understand the dynamics of freelance operations and online workforce engagement.As part of the Operations team, you will help recruit, onboard, support, and manage contributors participating in global AI and data-related projects. You will serve as a key bridge between project teams and contributor communities, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality project delivery.

• Support day-to-day crowdsourcing operations to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with contributors regarding project updates, training, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track project performance metrics and contributor productivity.
• Escalate operational issues and recommend solutions to improve project efficiency.

• Provide timely support to contributors and address inquiries professionally.
• Ensure contributors understand project guidelines and quality expectations.
• Maintain positive relationships with contributors to foster long-term engagement.

• Prepare operational reports and workforce performance updates.
• Analyze contributor feedback and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in developing scalable workflows and operational best practices.

• Must be based in Cavite, Philippines and willing to work onsite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in crowdsourcing operations, freelance operations, community management, recruitment operations, or workforce management.
• Previous experience as an overseas freelancer, online contributor, remote contractor, or gig worker is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of freelance platforms, online communities, and contributor ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience supporting AI data annotation, data collection, content moderation, search evaluation, localization, or related projects.Experience managing contributor communities on social media, forums, or freelance platforms.Familiarity with workforce operations, online marketplaces, and gig economy ecosystems.
