Media Buying Operations Specialist (iGaming)

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing multinational iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Media Buying Operations Specialist to join the office in Yerevan, Armenia. The ideal candidate should be a Spanish and English speaker with experience in the iGaming industry. The company will provide full relocation support.

You will assist the Media Buying Lead in interpreting data, developing plans, and bridging with the operations team to align buying cadence with platform activities.

1. →Analyze data from an operational perspective to fill media buying blind spots
• →Interpret user quality across channels (retention, repurchase/recharge rates, activity dependency, etc.) to provide judgment beyond the delivery perspective.
• →Identify potential operational risks and recommendations regarding buying decisions.
• →Assist in identifying operational causes behind data anomalies.
2. →Assist in developing media buying plans
• →Participate in discussions on channel evaluation, budget allocation, and KPI setting.
• →Align buying cadence with the operational activity schedule.
3. →Advise on and coordinate with operations to develop platform activities
• →Liaise with the operations team and propose activity recommendations from a customer acquisition perspective.
• →Track the impact of platform activities on buying performance and provide feedback.

• At least one year of experience in user operations, event operations, or growth operations within the iGaming industry (online casino)
• Basic understanding of advertising/media buying, with the ability to comprehend metrics such as ROI, ARPPU, retention, and repurchase/recharge rates.
• Data analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills.
• Independent thinking ability and the courage to voice differing opinions.

• Experience in the Mexican iGaming market
• English proficiency.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia.
