→Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment
→Oversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and prioritization
→Conduct regular code reviews, set coding standards, and encourage best development practices
→Foster continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and career growth opportunities
→Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions aligned with business needs
→Collaborate with product managers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines
→Drive architectural decisions, technical innovation, and maintain the overall technical health of the platform
→Manage project delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality standards are met
→Implement and optimize software development processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
→Identify and remove technical bottlenecks and barriers to team productivity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
Experience with modern web development frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React of Blazor)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices a plus
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Proficiency with Git version control and development workflows
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively convey technical concepts
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
