Business Driver

Our Swiss team is growing fast and has just moved into a new office in central Zurich.

Our Zurich team has grown to a size where keeping the office and the team’s operations running is a job in its own right. With our new office, we now have the place for it, and we are looking for the person to take it on. As our Business Driver, you keep support for our leadership, recruiting, events and the office itself running smoothly, and you help with billing, so that our consultants, partners and directors can focus on their clients.

Assist our partners and directors with calendars, travel, correspondence and the requests that come up between meetings.

Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers, keep the hiring calendar moving, and welcome candidates when they visit the office.

Help track who works on which project, and support the preparation of invoices. You will understand how our projects are set up well enough to know when and what needs to be invoiced.

Plan and run team and client events, from venue and catering to invitations and coordination on the day.

Keep the office working: supplies, fruit and drinks, post and deliveries, and contact with suppliers and building management.

Take a short brief and deliver a finished result on your own, whether that means setting up a new meeting space or finding the right supplier.

Make the office a place people enjoy coming to. Notice birthdays, anniversaries and project wins, and turn them into something the team remembers, with a small budget at your disposal.

This is not a sales, business development, proposal or reception role, and it does not include contract management.
