Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct safeguarding checks and risk assessments within family court proceedings.
- →Gather, analyse, and evaluate complex information relating to child welfare and protection concerns.
- →Prepare high-quality court reports, statements, and recommendations.
- →Represent and advocate for the child's wishes, feelings, and best interests.
- →Undertake direct work with children, young people, and families.
- →Provide expert advice to courts on safeguarding and welfare matters.
- →Manage a varied caseload across Public Law and Private Law proceedings.
- →Work effectively with local authorities, legal representatives, schools, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies.
- →Support the delivery of the Child Focused Court Model (CFC), ensuring children's voices remain central throughout proceedings.
- →Maintain accurate case records and utilise case management systems effectively.
Requirements

- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
