Social Worker Children in Care

Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Medway Council in recruiting Social Workers and Experienced Social Workers to join their Children in Care Team on a permanent basis.

• →Manage a caseload of children and young people within the Children in Care Team
• →Complete statutory visits, assessments, care planning and permanence planning
• →Undertake direct work with children and ensure their voices are central to decision-making
• →Work collaboratively with families, carers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes

• A recognised Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
• Successful completion of the ASYE programme and experience within statutory children's services
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Strong assessment, safeguarding and relationship-building skills
