We are currently seeking an BVLGARI Osaka Cafe - Manager(or Assistant Manager) to support the overall operation of our food and beverage outlets, drive business performance, and foster a culture of service excellence.

• →Support and oversee the daily operations of the outlet
• →Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control initiatives to achieve financial targets
• →Implement strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
• →Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team members
• →Manage scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• →Handle VIP guest interactions and service recovery situations
• →Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost management processes
• →Maintain and enhance hygiene, safety, and brand standards
• →Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve operational effectiveness
• →Prepare operational reports and performance analyses
• →Implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, or related sectors
• Minimum 2 years of management experience within a food and beverage operation
• Proven experience in sales, cost, and operational management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent guest service mindset and customer-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Native-level or fluent Japanese language proficiency is required
• Valid authorization to work in Japan
• Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative

• Experience working within luxury hotels, luxury restaurants, or luxury brands
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager
• Professional communication and guest service skills in English
• Experience managing P&L performance
• Experience in team development, coaching, and mentoring
• Participation in pre-opening projects or operational improvement initiatives
• Sommelier certification, Barista certification, or other relevant F&B qualifications
• Previous experience with Marriott International brands
