We are looking for an HR Intern to join the Human Resources Department based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy. If you are passionate about HR and currently enrolled in a university or master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or another relevant field, this opportunity is for you!
You will support daily activities in either Training or Recruiting, including:
- post and monitor job openings on various platforms
- screen CVs in line with the required profiles, conduct phone/online interviews, assessment and update the relevant documents
- update and maintain the applicant database
- manage the employee accounts on Marriott platform (mHUB)
- participate in training activities
- support in organizing and scheduling onboarding training sessions for new hires
- assist in updating training materials and presentations
- monitor attendance and maintain records of training activities in the HR systems
- participate in employee development activities
- must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or master’s program in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or another relevant field
- must be available for 5-6 months
- speak Italian and English fluently
- possess a good knowledge of MS Office
