To support the continued growth and development of our European operations network, we are looking for a Program Manager Operations (m/f/d) to join our Operations Programs & Partnerships team.

As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic operational programs and projects that enhance our warehousing, distribution, and service capabilities across Europe. Working closely with stakeholders from operations, business, and technology, you will drive successful project delivery, manage organizational change, and contribute to operational excellence throughout the organization.

• 10+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, or operations management.
• Proven success in program and project management within international and cross-functional environments.
• Experience leading large-scale operational change initiatives in a fast-paced business setting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Fluent in English and German as a plus.
