The Pharmacy Program Manager contributes to the design, refinement, and execution of pharmacist-facing features and clinical programs within MedMe's platform. This role works closely with Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to translate real-world pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and policy considerations into scalable software workflows.
The Pharmacy Program Manager supports the full lifecycle of clinical features and programs from early discovery and scoping through pilot deployments, launch, and iteration, applying clinical judgment, regulatory awareness, and systems-level thinking. The role is execution-focused, with an emphasis on usability, safety, and alignment with how pharmacies operate day to day. Increasingly, the role also helps MedMe make better use of the clinical data captured on the platform, turning it into recommendations and opportunities that improve patient care and grow pharmacy services.
At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.

Assist with internal enablement by supporting onboarding of new or updated clinical services and workflows

- →
Help to create a library of clinical recommendations: the criteria behind each one, which patients it applies to, how often, and how it varies by jurisdiction and service model, with regular clinical review
- →
Proactively analyze clinical data to identify new service opportunities for pharmacies and bring evidence-based recommendations to Product
Licensed pharmacist in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory authority, with 3+ years of practice experience, ideally in community pharmacy
Hands-on experience delivering expanded-scope services such as minor ailment assessment and prescribing, vaccinations, medication reviews, or chronic disease management
Working knowledge of how pharmacist scope of practice and regulations vary across jurisdictions, and the habit of staying current as they change
Ability to take a clinical guideline or regulatory change and turn it into specific, buildable requirements: what the workflow does, what gets documented, and where the edge cases are
Systems thinking: you consider how a service fits into the patient's full care journey and into how a pharmacy runs day to day
A high bar for clinical safety and accuracy, paired with a practical sense of what works in a busy pharmacy
Comfort with data: you can work through service data in spreadsheets or BI tools, spot patterns, and back a recommendation with evidence
Clear written and verbal communication; you can explain clinical reasoning to engineers and product trade-offs to pharmacists
Ownership and follow-through in a scaling company where priorities shift and not everything is defined yet
Bonus points: experience in health tech or pharmacy software (product, implementation, or clinical informatics); practice experience in more than one province or in the US; exposure to value-based care, payer, or specialty programs; experience with clinical decision support or care gap tools; SQL or similar data skills
30 days: Up to speed on the platform, our clinical services, and the requirements in each jurisdiction we serve. Working relationships in place with Product, Customer Success, and the clinical team, and shadowing active scoping, UAT, and pilot work.
60 days: Contributing clinical input to scoping and UAT on live product work. At least one service or workflow clinically validated end to end, with jurisdictional requirements and edge cases documented for the team.
90 days: The go-to clinical reviewer for a defined set of services or features, from scoping through launch. Supporting at least one pilot and feeding real-world constraints back to Product. First clinical data standards and an initial set of clinical recommendations drafted for review.
Long-term: A clinically reviewed library of recommendations that pharmacists see on the platform, consistent data capture across services that supports value-based contracts and payer programs, and a regular cadence of evidence-based service opportunities brought to Product.
