• →Perform engineering analyses, calculations, and modelling to evaluate product performance, reliability, and manufacturability
• →Support development and optimization of manufacturing processes, including technologies such as laser cutting, laser welding, cleaning, and assembly
• →Build and test prototypes, execute experiments, and analyse results to support design improvements and technical decision-making
• →Assist in designing surgical instruments and related components, supporting new product development from concept through verification and market introduction
• →Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain) to ensure successful product and process development
• →Show entrepreneurial mindset be eager to learn and dare to fail fast.
