memoryBlue helps B2B technology companies accelerate revenue growth by building and managing high-performing sales development programs. For more than two decades, we have partnered with hundreds of technology organizations to generate pipeline, enter new markets, launch products, and scale their sales development efforts.
We are looking for an experienced sales development leader to join our Delivery team in Tysons. This role has traditionally been filled through internal promotion, and we are excited to open it to external candidates who bring firsthand SDR experience, proven people leadership, and strong client management skills.
As a Delivery Manager, you will serve as both a hands-on people leader and a strategic client partner, balancing SDR development, campaign performance, client communication, and operational execution. Because you will work across different technology markets, products, and go-to-market strategies, you must be able to quickly understand each client’s business and determine what is—and is not—working.
Success in this role is measured by the performance and development of your SDRs, the pipeline outcomes delivered for clients, and the overall health and retention of your client portfolio.
