Driver/ MVO/HT

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Staff will be required to follow a designated routine and assignments as outlined by the HSS/AHSS. Escorts residents via Merakey/Allegheny Valley School vehicles or emergency vehicles to doctors' offices, health centers or emergency rooms. Insures safe transportation, i.e., secures wheelchairs and individuals in vehicles and supervises during transport. Develops and maintains professional rapport with personnel of doctors' offices, clinics and hospitals. This is a non-professional position entailing the operation of the facilities motor vehicles while transporting individuals to and from medical appointments, trips, and to and from their residence to the program centers as designated.
