Multifamily Maintenance Technician

• →Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and maintain safety/cleanliness standards in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws and company standards.
• →Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• →Maintain and repair appliances, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• →Perform general carpentry tasks, including cabinets, flooring, finish carpentry, door/lock repair, etc.
• →Ensure the upkeep of exterior grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.
• →Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests when on call
• →Use Work Order Management system to track and complete maintenance tasks, ensuring work orders are completed in a timely manner and to the resident’s satisfaction.
• →Interact with residents, vendors, and on-site staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• →Maintain on-call availability to respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family properties.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
