Android Developer

To be in all stages of application development including design, modifications, development, implementation, and support application to ensure the application quality and efficiency Document all codes of the development processes to record and facilitate the work for other mobile developers. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies to enhance the application functionality. Work with Graphic Designers and Software Developers to realize, build, and test the applications. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize Requirements Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or communication engineering 2+ years of relevant experience Proven software development experience and Android skills development Experience with design patterns and object-oriented concept Knowledge of iOS is a plus Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
