Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper — Day Shift (Immediate Opening)
Miles Table & Catering – Philadelphia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM (some weekends as needed)

What you’ll do

• Wash, scrub, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, sheet trays, and utensils
• Keep dish area clean and organized; break down boxes, handle trash & recycling
• Put away clean wares in the correct stations; restock as needed
• Clean/organize event platters and kitchen equipment
• Help with basic catering prep (peeling, chopping, labeling, portioning)
• Support closing/turnover checklists to keep the kitchen running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Reliable, on-time, team-first attitude
• Able to stand, lift, and move quickly in a busy kitchen
• Follows food safety and cleanliness standards
• Spanish language a plus

Lavaplatos / Ayudante de Cocina — Turno de Día (Contratación Inmediata)
Miles Table & Catering – Filadelfia
Horario: Lunes a viernes, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM (algunos fines de semana)

Responsabilidades

• Lavar, fregar y desinfectar platos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios
• Mantener el área de lavado limpia y organizada; basura y reciclaje
• Guardar y reabastecer los utensilios limpios en su estación
• Limpiar/organizar charolas para eventos y equipo de cocina
• Apoyo en preparación básica de catering (pelar, picar, etiquetar, porcionar)

Requisitos

• Puntualidad y buena actitud de trabajo en equipo
• Resistencia para moverse y estar de pie en cocina ocupada
• Seguir normas de limpieza y seguridad alimentaria
• Español es un plus
