Technical Operations Intern

Minitab is seeking an intern to join the Technical Operations department at our State College headquarters. This department includes desktop support technicians, network engineers, and cybersecurity engineers.

• →Receive and log IT inventory
• →Move and set up computer equipment in various offices
• →Set up and relocate desks and computer furniture as needed
• →Set up, transport, and test workstations, docking stations, monitors, and other equipment
• →Provide limited support for desktops and laptops
• →Troubleshoot and perform minor hardware repairs

• Currently enrolled in a program focused on Information Sciences and Technology or a related field

• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Effective communication with all levels of management, co-workers, and external parties
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and be flexible
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
