PG Aftermarket Sales & Service Program Manager

Primary Responsibility: This position responsible for coordinating aftermarket projects from order receipt through completion, ensuring customer requirements, schedules, documentation, and internal deliverables are effectively managed. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate successful project execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Program Manager supports service projects, parts orders, catalyst replacements, retrofit programs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), outages, and other aftermarket initiatives.
Responsibilities

- →Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and action-item trackers.
- →Monitor project progress and proactively communicate risks, delays, or scope changes.
- →Facilitate internal project review meetings and track deliverables to ensure commitments are completed on time and within scope.
- →Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
- →Provide regular project status updates and maintain customer communication.
- →Coordinate customer documentation requirements, project reporting, requests, and timely responses from internal teams.
- →Support customer-satisfaction initiatives and resolution of project-related concerns.
- →Work closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure project alignment.
- →Coordinate material availability, procurement activities, and delivery schedules.
- →Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, accessible, and maintained for stakeholders.
- →Support resource planning and coordinate with Technical Service on scheduling field-service personnel.
- →Assist in developing standardized project-management processes, workflows, templates, and tools.
- →Assist with project setup, order review, customer documentation, and commercial requirements.
- →Support MSA implementation activities and contractual deliverable tracking.
- →Track project budgets, purchase orders, billing milestones, and change orders.
- →Maintain project records within CRM, ERP, and project-management systems.
- →Generate project status reports and executive summaries.
- →Assist with warranty claims, return material authorizations, and customer issue resolution.
- →Identify opportunities to improve project execution and customer experience.
- →Support strategic initiatives and process-improvement projects within the Aftermarket organization.
- →Participate in departmental planning and operational review meetings.
- →Working cross-departmentally across Finance, Operations, Technicians, Project Management, Engineering, Sales.
- →Travel as necessary, up to 10% of the time.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of project coordination, project management, customer service, operations, or industrial business experience.
- Experience supporting industrial equipment, power generation, emissions control, manufacturing, or service organizations is preferred.
- Experience with the use of CRM, ERP or other large database systems; Syspro experience desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and current business technology.
- Ability to manage schedules, trackers, dashboards, and project reporting; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer-relationship skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
