We’re looking for an Equipment Maintenance Engineer at Tewkesbury to own the sustainment of our deployed test systems, ensuring reliability across mechanical, electrical, electronic and software components. As our Equipment Maintenance Engineer, you will own the sustainment, reliability, and improvement of over 150 test systems that underpin our entire product lifecycle. You’ll lead maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and obsolescence management — working closely with our customer, technicians, and engineering teams to keep critical test equipment operational and compliant. These systems combine mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, and hydraulic/power distribution components — so this is a role that rewards broad engineering knowledge, problem-solving, and the ability to see the whole picture.
