About the Role

Degree holder in any discipline; a major in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of operations experience within a stockbroking firm, investment bank, or other regulated financial institution.
Proven experience leading an operations-related team/department, covering resource planning and people management.
Strong working knowledge of the full trade lifecycle, including clearing, settlement, and corporate actions processing.
Experience designing and enforcing operating procedures and maker-checker controls in line with regulatory and internal audit requirements. Experience supporting new product launches is a plus.
Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia and Bursa Clearing rules and processes is strongly preferred.
Language proficiency in English, Malay is a must; Chinese/Mandarin is highly advantageous given global team collaboration.
