• →Proven engineering leadership experience managing and growing teams in a complex product environment.
• →With strong Java, microservices, spring boot experience
• →Strong background in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and application modernization.
• →Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• →Experience building reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade platforms.
• →Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.

The role will lead application modernization initiatives, including the transformation of legacy applications into cloud-native, microservices-based architectures. The individual will be responsible for defining and executing the technical roadmap, driving delivery of key microservices products, and building high-performing engineering teams with Leadership, Microservices architecture, Java expertise.
