👋 Hi, I’m Manuele Maggi, Engineering Manager at Motorway. I’m looking for an Android

Engineer to join our Mobile Engineering group and help us build a best-in-class experience

for our Sellers.

As an Android Engineer, you’ll take ownership of well-defined features and contribute

throughout the development lifecycle, from early ideas through to release and iteration.

• You’ve contributed to reusable components or modules.

• You enjoy working closely with product and design to solve customer problems.

• You’re comfortable owning features while asking for support when needed.

• You care about building polished, reliable and accessible mobile experiences.

• You’re interested in using modern technologies, including AI, to improve products and engineering workflows.

• You enjoy sharing ideas, receiving feedback and learning from experienced engineers.
  

• You don’t need to tick every box, but it would be helpful if:

• You have experience with Server-Driven UI.

• You have worked with A/B testing or experimentation.

• You have some exposure to CI/CD and automated mobile testing.

• You have integrated ML or AI-powered functionality into an app.

• You have experience or an interest in backend or full-stack development.

• You have experience taking a feature from an initial idea through to release.
  

Hybrid working, with two days a week in our London office and the remainder working from

home.

Our interview process

• Qualifying Screen — 30 minutes

• Technical Interview — 60 minutes

• Soft Skills Interview — 60 minutes, onsite depending on the team
