We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate Product Owner/Business Analyst within Wealth Management Strategic Solutions Team (WMSS). This critical position is responsible for driving transformative change and executing strategic initiatives that are essential for risk mitigation and enhancing operational efficiencies. The Product Owner/Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing advanced technologies to deliver top-tier solutions that align with our business objectives. We seek a smart, passionate, and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys engaging with a diverse group of individuals, and is adept at solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will challenge the status quo to design innovative solutions that enhance our Automation & Workflow platform portfolio, create process efficiencies, and unlock new business opportunities.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
