The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research and Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Health Registration Management (HRM) Intern will work within the HRM Business Process Operations team to help support the maintenance and operation of transitioned processes and systems to Veeva Registrations.  This role will enable efficient, optimized and streamlined support for registration management.  The recent move to the Veeva RIM Registrations Vault will be supported by these activities.

The objective of this internship will be to help facilitate, under the HRM team direction, optimization efforts of the Veeva Registration System, as well as a smooth roll-out of additional Veeva capabilities in accordance with our company’s approach to Veeva. This will allow for lifecycle system management processes that align with our collective business and IT goals.  These various processes involve accuracy and compliance of information management that reflects regulatory reality for our products and allows for product release.

The processes supported will include our change control board, our functional area collaboration teams, HRM documentation, training and education; HRM website maintenance and AI ready resources.  This role will involve consistent collaboration with the HRM Process Team, HRM Leadership Team (LT) and our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within various functional areas that utilize the system and collaborate with HRM.
