Supply Chain Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
As the Supply Chain Infrastructure Operations Specialist at MilkShake Factory, you will play a critical role in mastering how supply chain decisions impact various departments, including procurement, finance, and operations. Your ability to understand and navigate these interconnections will ensure smooth information flow between teams, helping to align our supply chain activities with overall business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain &  systems, ensuring execution aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
• Mastery of how supply chain decisions affect different departments, including procurement, finance, and operations, and ensure smooth information flow between teams.
• Ensure timely communication and collaboration with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to minimize disruptions.
• Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the supply chain system, recommending process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.  Related experience will be considered in place.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or systems coordination.
• Experience with supply chain management systems and software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong ability to see how supply chain decisions impact overall business operations as it relates to supply chain and finance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food service supply chain processes and management software (ERP, POS, Inventory management)  highly preferred.
