Retail Associate / Barista

Position: Retail Associate / Barista

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour starting 9/8/2026
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for team members who are available to work full-time and can work open-to-close shifts based on business needs.

• →Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• →Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards.
• →Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• →Serve food items and beverages while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• →Stock merchandise, food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop at all times, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and the store provides an inviting atmosphere for all guests.  
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café and retail area.
• →Assist guests with retail purchases and answer questions about products.
• →Restock inventory and notify management of low stock levels.
• →Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
• →Work efficiently during busy periods while providing excellent customer service.
• →Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment, counting cash, and preparing the area for the next shift.
• →Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• →Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Previous retail, cashier, barista, or food service experience is preferred but not required.

This position requires full-time availability with the flexibility to work open-to-close shifts.

Hours vary based on the season:

• Summer: Typically 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Winter: Hours vary depending on seasonal operations and business needs.

Weekend and holiday availability is required.
