→ Design technical architectures aligned with Ministry-approved standards.
→ Ensure the use of approved technologies such as .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
→ Develop secure digital applications and services following secure coding standards.
→ Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, ESB, and middleware technologies.
→ Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines.
→ Prepare technical and architectural documentation.
→ Implement and validate High Availability and Failover mechanisms.
→ Support performance, security, and functional testing activities.
→ Ensure compliance with MFA, WAF, Data Encryption, Monitoring, and SSO requirements.
