Pay: $16 per hour plus commission.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, following up with potential customers, and scheduling appointments to support our sales and service departments. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online chat.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage dealership visits.
Schedule sales and service appointments for customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, Vollie.
Assist with various marketing and outreach efforts to generate new leads.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
