Museum of Illusions is the world's largest and fastest-growing museum chain with 70 locations in 28 countries, and big plans for further expansion. Our original concept was launched in 2015 and quickly became a recognizable global brand and leading attraction in each city where it was launched.
At the Museum of Illusions, we understand the power of play, exploration and creativity. We are curious and open to people thinking outside the box. And one thing is for sure – MOI offers you the opportunity to enjoy flexible work hours, travel globally, and explore different concepts.
As we are rapidly growing, we invite you to join us in our mission to bring interactive, immersive, fun experiences to everyone who is eager to have their mind blown.
The Technical Architect is a highly creative, talented and core-team member of the Research & Development department within the Museum of Illusions. As a Technical Architect, you will be creating immersive exhibits and experiences that combine education and entertainment for Museum interior spaces worldwide. Your role involves translating exhibit design into precise, buildable technical documentation and collaborating across departments – engaging with product designers, technical developers and production, to develop innovative solutions that meet the requirements.
A core-part of this role is action as the technical bridge between design and execution: producing drawings and documentation clear and complete enough that architects, engineer, contractors and fabricators – often working in different countries and unfamiliar with original design conversation – can build the exhibit exactly as intended, without ambiguity or repeated clarification.
