What You’ll Do:

The Senior Project Manager will lead and coordinate day-to-day project activities supporting the Client’s Digital Experience and Enterprise Content Modernization program. This role will oversee cross-functional project teams, client subject matter experts, and key stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. The Sr. Project Manager will facilitate project meetings, track milestones and deliverables, and provide clear and timely status updates to leadership. The position will manage project risks, dependencies, schedules, and resource coordination while ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing large-scale enterprise content migration initiatives using Agile methodologies. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day project activities across cross-functional technical, business, and client teams.

  • Facilitate project check-ins, status meetings, stakeholder discussions, and risk mitigation sessions.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, dependencies, and overall project status.

  • Manage large-scale enterprise content migration initiatives using Agile project management methodologies.

  • Identify, track, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate with client SMEs, technical teams, leadership, and vendors to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality expectations are successfully achieved.


What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; three additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience supporting projects in a relevant technology, digital transformation, or enterprise environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide content migration projects using Agile frameworks and methodologies.

  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, managing client stakeholders, tracking project schedules, risks, deliverables, and executive-level status reporting.

  • Experience managing Drupal or similar enterprise CMS migration initiatives is highly preferred, along with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
