Senior Lead, Site Reliability Engineering

We are seeking an experienced AI Senior Lead to drive the design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise AI solutions across Observability, Troubleshooting, Store Deployment, Program Management, and Edge Infrastructure domains. This role will lead the development of AI-powered agents, automate business-as-usual (BAU) operations, and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms including Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI/ML, SRE, cloud platforms, automation engineering, platform operations, and enterprise tooling integration to deliver scalable agentic solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes.

Lead integrations between AI platforms and enterprise ecosystems including:

• Kubernetes
• GitHub / GitHub Copilot
• Jira
• Confluence
• Azure AI Services
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Monitoring platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• CI/CD platforms and DevOps toolchains

Responsibilities include:

• Building agent frameworks and orchestration layers.
• Developing APIs and workflow integrations.
• Creating reusable AI services and enterprise accelerators.
• Ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.

• Define enterprise AI architecture standards and reference patterns.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI, automation, SRE, and cloud-native technologies.
• Evaluate emerging AI platforms, LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation technologies.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to align AI investments with strategic goals.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption and operational excellence.

• Experience implementing enterprise AI agents in production.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with AIOps platforms and autonomous remediation.
• Experience managing edge infrastructure and distributed computing environments.
• Relevant certifications:
  • Azure Solutions Architect
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • AI/ML certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise automation or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale cloud-native platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams.
