NCR is looking for an ATM Depot Repair Technician to join our Repair Center team. 

The role focuses on the repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting of ATM machines and ATM modules, ensuring high-quality repairs and compliance with NCR quality and safety standards. 

This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and experience in hardware repair and fault analysis.

• Perform repair, refurbishment, and testing of ATM machines and sub-assemblies 

• Diagnose ATM hardware faults and perform root cause analysis 

• Replace defective ATM parts and components and verify functionality through testing 

• Follow NCR standard work instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures 

• Document repair actions, test results, and findings accurately 

• Escalate complex or recurring issues when required 

• Comply with ESD, safety, and quality standards 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the repair center 

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment 

• Experience working on computers and electronic assemblies
