Responsibilities

→Administer and configure Coupa S2C and P2P modules, with focus on Procurement and Sourcing.
→Configure approval workflows, sourcing events, business rules, and templates.
→Support and administer the CLM module, including contracts, clauses, and approvals.
→Translate business requirements into Coupa configurations and system solutions.
→Provide day-to-day production support (KTLO) and troubleshoot functional or data issues.
→Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards for business users.
→Support testing, UAT, and controlled deployments for Coupa changes.
→Collaborate with IT on Coupa integrations (ERP, suppliers, middleware).
→Maintain basic documentation and support user adoption.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on Coupa administration experience.
Strong understanding of Procurement / Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
Experience configuring workflows, approvals, custom fields, forms, and templates.
Practical experience with Coupa CLM (administration or configuration level).
Hybrid business and technical mindset.
Ability to work directly with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT teams.
