Responsibilities

→To be an expert in technical aspects of Audio-visual installation and operation in CT Ireland
→To help design and draw system layouts/configurations for tenders and projects, including mechanical and electrical drawings.
→To provide technical expertise to the Sales Representatives when scoping a project.
→To help source hardware solutions to meet project designs.
→To provide cabling schedules, cable labeling, IP network tables.
→To work with Project Management Office, Install Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Pre, and Post Sales Tech when clarifications or design updates are required.
→To support the Technical Director in all design aspects and to backup during times of leave
→Attend site visits when required to gather more information for the design or help Sales Representatives explain technical aspects of the designs.

→Comply with Company’s Quality Management System requirements i.e., perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
→Understand and apply our quality policy statements in all aspects of your work.
→Contribute towards achieving company objectives

→Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
→Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates, and improvement ideas.
