Company Overview
Nestig is a direct-to-consumer brand with a mission to create the most delightful place to shop for children’s spaces. Our brand is synonymous with quality, care, and trust, offering customers a seamless shopping experience and exceptional products for their little ones. As one of the fastest-growing consumer brands since 2021, Operations is essential to our culture, and we believe this is a key part of what sets us apart from the competition. We strive to execute streamlined, backend logistics to ensure customers receive their items in a timely and secure way.

Department Overview
As part of Nestig’s Operations team, you will play a strategic, hands-on leadership role overseeing the full Customs and Logistics function across Brazil, North America, Europe, and Asia. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will manage a team of three and lead critical logistics operations, people development, and global partner relationships. You will navigate complex cross-border challenges while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization across the supply chain. In close partnership with Scheduling, Customer Experience, and Product Development, you will ensure efficient end-to-end product movement: from manufacturing and export through warehousing, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for logistics and fulfillment operations, equipping the team with the knowledge and guidance needed to address inquiries across carriers, customs, and end-to-end supply chain workflows.
  • 5+ years experience in Logistics and Operations, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
