→Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
→Lead client discovery sessions, document business requirements, and map them to DayForce functionality
→Configure Ceridian DayForce modules to meet client needs
→Facilitate solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, training, and deployment activities
→Conduct consulting sessions (phone, video, or in person) and prepare meeting documentation
→Attend internal project meetings and provide updates on tasks, deliverables, and risks
→Advise clients on DayForce best practices to maximize ROI
→Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation
→Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data
→Perform data audits and recommend corrective actions
→Provide post-deployment consulting assistance in assigned functional areas
→Develop SQL scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfaces
→Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned functional areas
→Support Organizational Readiness activities to prepare clients for solution rollout
→Review client policies periodically and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
