Responsibilities
~1 min read- →8+ years of Workday experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership roles.
- →Proven ability to estimate effort and complexity for Workday projects accurately.
- →Expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Security.
- →Strong understanding of Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and APIs.
- →Experience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) and calculated fields.
- →Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certifications in HCM and Integration.
- Experience with Workday Extend and custom applications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of global HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
