Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll consultants across implementation, support, and optimization engagements.
Serve as the senior subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Provide solution leadership and oversight across multiple client engagements.
Establish consulting standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices for SAP payroll solutions.
Support staffing, resource planning, team development, and consultant performance management.
Act as an escalation point for complex SAP payroll configuration, integration, and compliance issues.

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
Review and guide payroll schema, rules, wage types, payroll calculations, and country-specific payroll requirements.
