This is a multi-unit leadership role inside a busy, full-service fast casual concept where guest energy never stops. You will guide your restaurants, coach your managers, and own the results. The pay is $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus bonus potential, so your success shows up in your paycheck.

• →Lead daily operations across multiple busy restaurant locations
• →Coach and develop general managers and shift leaders
• →Keep service fast, food consistent, and guests happy
• →Manage labor, food cost, and sales to hit targets
• →Visit units regularly to uphold standards and brand pride

• Proven multi-unit or high-volume restaurant management experience
• Strong track record of coaching and developing managers
• Comfort running full-service fast casual or similar operations
• Sharp command of P&L, labor, and food cost
• Willingness to travel between locations in the Long Beach area
