• Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually, plus performance bonus opportunity

• 2+ years restaurant management or assistant management experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health code compliance
• Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software
• Passion for high-volume service and operational excellence
