NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team in Rochester. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a high-volume casual dining setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead our dedicated team to achieve the highest standards of hospitality. Your role will focus on optimizing service quality, managing staff, and ensuring that our restaurant consistently exceeds customer expectations. You'll have the opportunity to influence menu offerings, implement operational best practices, and drive overall profitability. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment aimed at your professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing service team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Optimize staff scheduling and labor costs
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food production
  • Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures

Requirements
